Outlook Express Setting for 2006 in Linux:

Load Outlook Express:

1 – After opening the Outlook you can see the top tab. In this tab they are ultiple option File etc.. Click Tools. The sub menu can open Click Accounts. Tools > Accounts

2 – Then new window can open Internet Accounts .At the top Click Mail and At the right side of the page their have some menu in this menu Click Add button then sub menu can open Click Mail. Add > Mail.

3 – The new window open Internet Connection Wizard Enter your name in Display name Box. And Click Next:

4 -Enter your E-mail Address at And E-mail Address Box. And Click on Next:

5 – Enter E-mail Server Names in Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server. (Like :mail.yourdomain) in both boxes and Click Next: For example: mail.abc.com

6 – Enter your E-mail Address and Password and Click on Next and Click Finish For example: abc@yourdomain.com

7 – Again Internet Accounts window open your E-mail Server Names are visible. Then at the right side of the page Properties button are show Click Properties button.

8 – Mail.yourdomail.com Window can open . At the top tab Click Server . At the bottom of the page Outgoing Mail Server option : there is a check box my server require authentication Click checkbox.

9 Than go to the last tab Click Advanced. change Outgoing mail (SMTP) = 25 Click Apply and than CLick OK.

10 Click close your account is created in Outlook Express:
