Un Acceptable Sites: VERTEX do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers: Every possible consideration is made for our servers to operate to their full potential, so they can deliver the highest possible levels of uptime and security.

Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of VERTEX.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking, IP spoofing, and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Others - We do not host social (songs, movies), political & religious websites our servers and services are solely for business or professional websites.

Server Abuse:

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly prohibited.

Commercial advertisements with e-mail:

Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. In appropriate hosting may result in account suspension or cancellation.

Payment Policies:

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Every account is required to pay in advance. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon.

Cancellation:

VERTEX reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by VERTEX. If client wish to cancel our service without any reason there will be no refund for it.

Tax

Our cost is exclusive of any taxes. 10% Income Tax applies to our services. Tax amount will be payable by you if you deduct tax. You have to issue a Tax certificate as well. Our NTN No. 3331767-4
