VERTEX WEBSPACE do not allow any of the following content to be stored on its servers:
Illegal Material - This includes copyrighted works, commercial audio, video, or music files, and any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation.

Adult Material - Includes all pornography, erotic images, or otherwise lewd or obscene content. The designation of "adult material" is left entirely to the discretion of VERTEX WEBSPACE.

Warez - Includes pirated software, ROMS, emulators, phreaking, hacking, password cracking. IP spoofing, etc., and encrypting of any of the above. Also includes any sites which provide "links to" or "how to" information about such material.

Server Abuse:

Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or customer is strictly prohibited.

Commercial advertisements with e-mail:

Unsolicited commercial advertisements are not allowed in e-mail, and will likely result in account suspension or cancellation. Commercial advertisements are unwelcome in most Usenet discussion groups and on most e-mail mailing lists. In appropriate hosting may result in account suspension or cancellation.

Payment Policies:

All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Every account is required to pay in advance. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, unless other terms have been agreed upon.

Cancellation:

VERTEX WEBSPACE reserves the right to cancel service at any time. All fees paid in advance of cancellation will be pro-rated and paid by VERTEX WEBSPACE.
